  1. Digital Products Policy (No Cancellation)
    All products sold on Rojgar Site (including e-books, PDF guides, and downloadable resources) are digital goods. Since access and download links are delivered instantly upon successful payment, orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
  2. Refund Eligibility
    Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, we generally maintain a strict no-refund policy. However, refunds will be considered under the following specific circumstances:
  • Duplicate Transaction: If your account was charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical glitch.
  • Technical Delivery Failure: If you completed the payment but were unable to access or download the e-book, and our support team failed to deliver the file via email within 48 hours of reporting.
  1. Ineligible Scenarios
    Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
  • Change of mind after downloading the product.
  • Accidental purchases where the file has already been accessed or downloaded.
  • Incompatibility issues with personal devices where the format is standard PDF.
